Carles Election 2010 Update
Just Sharing... this is a Petition!!!
Wonder why Brgy. Bancal is so backward when it comes to progress??? It's all because of "ENVY"!!! in other word... "HISA!!!".
Here's one example... Last week, we're supposed to rent a "pwesto" in Bancal's Market. The place was an old abandoned room used to be the barangay's co-op, which is non-existing. Anyways, we decided to rent the place for the amount of P50,000 good for 5 years rent of the place. Of course the money will go to the barangay. Also, we have to pay the pevious owner another P35,000 as payment for the supposed "improvements" of the place they've done.
Honestly, the place is a wreck. No ceiling, damaged roof, damaged walls, etc... in other words we badly need to renovate the place before it could even be suitable for any business or occupancy. Since we already had shed the money, i.e. payment to the previous owner, documentation, etc., we start planning and bought the much needed tools and materials to the planned renovation of this forsaken place.
Surprise! surprise! when we started the renovation of the place, we we're informed that the job has to be stop right away as the barangay councilors did not approve of the said renovation... worst, after we shed the money and bought all those materials, they don't want to lease the place to us anymore.
Reason? they will use the haunted room as "bodega" 'cause they have these tables to stock there "kay nagagabok na sa tunga plaza" which they've used during the barangay fiesta last February.
Really, that could not be reason enough to decline the good offer and money, not to mention an improvement to the market of Bancal, which would have benefited the barangay. I'm sure the REAL reason was... most of this councilors have a business of their own on that market and we are a POTENTIAL THREAT!!!
BANCAL BUGTAW!!! That's the kind of Barangay councilors that DOESN'T DESERVE OF YOUR VOTES!!!
Your REACTIONS and COMMENTS are highly appreciated.
